Scott A. Geiger
President & Chief Executive Officer
Scott brings over 20 years experience in the design and implementation of executive and
director benefit plans. Following many years in the public corporate market, he has specialized
in the highly regulated community bank field where due diligence and due care are the
hallmarks of his work He was trained by the late Glenn G. Geiger, his father, a pioneer in the
non-qualified deferred compensation arena. Scott has been a national speaker at AALU and
The International Forum as well as numerous state and local insurance and banking
association meetings.
Scott is a graduate of Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont and holds a bachelors
degree in English. He maintains Series 6, 63 and 65 along with life, health and disability
insurance licenses in thirty plus states.
Charles W. Coldwell, Jr.
Executive Vice President
Chuck has been in the community bank retirement business for 30 years, servicing community
banks nationwide. He specializes in the areas of qualified retirement plans, executive and
director plans as well as Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) financing and investment
strategies. He is well known throughout the community bank marketplace and is a frequent
speaker at conventions, trade group meetings and retirement seminars.
Chuck is a graduate of St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York and holds a bachelors
degree in Economics and Psychology. He maintains Series 6 and Series 63 registrations along
with a life, health and disability insurance license. He has also satisfied the requirements as a
Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) from the American Society of Pension Actuaries.
Susan A. Fitzpatrick
Vice President/Senior Financial Analyst
Susan has been with the Geiger Company since 1988. Her current responsibilities include
financial modeling, product illustration, and inforce case management.
Susan is a graduate of Union College with a bachelors degree in Applied Mathematics. She
maintains Series 6, 26 and 63 registrations, and life insurance licenses in several states.
